7-Eleven

I stop here nearly every time I am in the area. I like it. The staff has always been friendly, gas prices comparable, and SOME healthy choices for snacks, such as veggies with dip. No need for a lengthy review, but they deserve my business and have nothing else to say.

I've stopped there 3 times for gas. Each time the pump rejects my card. The attendant shrugs when I ask why.

I guess it's okay if you carry cash or feel like going in. My bank is really twitchy about "suspicious activity," and will freeze my account with this kind of stuff. It's not worth the extra hassle to stop my day and call the bank to unfreeze it.

I realize that this is just a convenience store/gas station but some of the employees at this location are extremely rude. I drive by this 7-11 almost every day so it's where I get my gas from 99% of the time and whenever I go in there I always get the feeling like I'm interrupting the staff from something they would rather be doing. They are disrespectful and not courteous at all and will not even greet you or say thank you. What they will do is ask you "what" in a very cold tone and snatch your money out of you hand and throw change in your face in the rudest way possible. Needless to say I've started getting my gas at the place down the road. Not that they care but at least the people who work there aren't trying to make everyone else lives as miserable as theirs are.
