Papiria is an adventurous exploration through the world of the children’s book and the imagination. In the interactive exhibition, children experience the magic of stories and discover which story is inside of them.
Children engage in an encounter with the greedy Ink Gobbler, a threat against the literary land of plenty called Papiria. Armed with their imagination and a Slurper, they embark on their journey. Their mission is to make as many new stories as they can, because the more stories there are, the further away Ink Gobbler’s triumph. Roaming the Valley of Deep Thought or the Ravine of Stubborn Rascals the children meet authors, illustrators and story characters.
Everyone who visits the exhibition can create their own story in the concluding workshop. Or a poem, a comic, a rap; everything is possible. As a result, the collection of stories, needed to defeat Ink Gobbler, grows.
