02 Hotel Riggs Project Description The proposed rehabilitaion intends to elevate the guest rooms and introduce a ground floor restaurant, basement bar, and one-story event space on the rooftop. The historic character of this Penn Quarter building will not only be ratained, but enhanced and celebrated. New materials will be compatible and complementary of those existing and will have minimal effect on the existing fabric of the building. On the exterior, work will be limited to: a) the modification fo the existing non-historic canopy over the main entrance, b) the addition of a new, smaller canopy at the secondary entrance, c) the rooftop addition, and d) some modest exterior lighting which will highlight the structure's beautiful, historic facade.

06 Stanford Health Care Hospital Extensions Project Description Stanford Healthcare Hospital's extensions were designed following an agreed-upon value system that focuses on specific guiding principles: Maximize patient and staff safety; promote education and learning; provide an exeptional experience; and enhance collaborative and efficient workflow.
