ABOUT US

PT Margacipta Wirasentosa (MC), a family owned company incorporated in 1980, has grown from its humble beginnings into Asia’s largest manufacturer of quality cell cast acrylic sheet. The MC® trademark has been associated with high optical quality acrylic product, great customer service and a responsive production team, since its registration in 1980. Marga cipta embarked on global marketing campaign supported by the Indonesian Export Development Council (BPEN) in 1990. After launching regionally in Singapore and Hong Kong, the MC® label started appearing in Australia, Western Europe and the Middle East. By the start of the new millennium, Marga cipta had established its reputation as world-class manufacturer in the SE Asian Market. To meet growing demand, MC® began rigorous quality & service improvements, increasing production capacity at its Tangerang facility to support management’s goals “to become the leading manufacturer of cell cast acrylic sheet in the world”. As new customers discovered Marga cipta’s great quality, responsive customer service team

and a production process that puts the customer first, 2007 saw a major upgrade to a semi-automatic, 4-line production system. Finally in 2012, a sixth production line was added giving Marga cipta an annual production capacity of 30,000 MT. We are very proud of our strong network of partner distributors in more than 50 countries and value their long term commitment to our products. We credit our loyal distributors and our “Partnership & Quality Beyond Limit” policy for helping set MC® brand as the benchmark in its industry.

MC® CAST ACRYLIC SHEET

MC® is the brand name of the general purpose cell cast acrylic sheet manufactured by PT. Margacipta Wirasentosa. The raw material, methyl methacrylate (MMA) is polymerized into MC® cast acrylic sheet. MC® cast acrylic sheet is produced in batches between two sheets of superior quality glass. The finished product offers strength and superior top qualities not available in other types acrylic sheet.

EZ8 CAST ACRYLIC SHEET

EZ8 is specially formulated for fabricators who want to save on job time and welding power. 25% less welding time than conventional cast acrylic sheet, even at thicknesses that are difficult to weld.

MC® Cast Acrylic EZ8.0 is available in thicknesses from 0.060”-2” and various dimensions of acrylic sheets in over 300 standard and custom colors.

MC® Bond can be saw cut by wood/steel saw. Hard alloy saw is recommended.

Grooving
