How to fertilize Cereus Tetragonus
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Cereus Tetragonus after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

What the heck could this be? Should I be worried, or is this just one of those things that cactus does. It does not scrape off or move. I did overwater 2 weeks ago. I watered too soon. I hope she is not sick. #fairycastlecactus #cactusclique #happyplants #pestcontrol #plantsmakepeoplehappy

ID Verification and Health Question So, I saw this guy at the Big Box store two weeks ago, and I decided to be reasonable and not get him (despite the fact that I’m pretty sure he’s a #wishlistplant ). Today, he was still there, so he hitched a ride in my cart and came home with me. As a bonus, he has a little cutting just waiting to be propped already 🥰 Question 1) Was I right in guessing that he’s a #FairyCastleCactus ? Question 2) Should I be concerned about the discoloration on the very top right segments? #CactusClique #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantID

Yikes! Noticed this when checking plants today. 2 spots on my daughters fairy castle cactus. Doesn’t feel soft even where the dark spot is. This doesn’t get watered very often. I actually worry it gets underwatered sometimes. I am new to cacti. Is this an aging thing or a water issue? Thanks. #PlantAddict #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #SucculentLove #CactusClique #FairyCastleCactus #help
