My money plant seems to be curling

Has anyone ever propagated a Chinese money plant? Can you propagate from a stem in water? Or with a leaf? I’ve noticed that it is such a fragile plant. I’ve barely brushed by it and a leaf will fall off. Anyone have experience with these they could share? Thank you.
