Cawley's Guesthouse Sligo in Tubbercurry

I had a great stay at Cawley's this past week. Teresa and Piere are the most amazing hosts. Great location just south of Sligo City. Fantastic bar and fantastic restaurant with incredibly high quality meals. 5 stars all around!

The restaurant is a 5/5 experience. Best chicken wings I've eaten in my life. Massive compliment to the chef. The Irish breakfast was delicious. I ate the chocolate fudge cake for dessert and it was absolutely gorgeous. I'll be back for the food. Thank you.

Sunday 10th March 2024 returned again to Cawleys Tubercurry- in fact enjoyed our previous stay so much we felt we had to return to sample the great food and hospitality on offer. Teresa and staff despite having had a very busy week were very hospitable. Food and drinks were great with Pierre serving a good breakfast. Highly recommend. Saturday 3rd February 2024 So glad we booked Cawleys Tubercurry Great food - had a warm scone and equally warm welcome on arrival. The 3 course meal in the evening Seafod Chowder/Baby Rack of Ribs and Cherry Trifle and a few decent pints of Guinness. Teresa and staff run a good establishment Seafood Chowder was so good I ordered it again for lunch the next day before leaving👌 Looking forward to our return visit.

We had a fantastic stay over the weekend we were in the Tubbercurry drama festival. Lovely room with really comfy pillows and mattress. We were greeted by Teresa who asked us did we want a coffee. We had been travelling quite a distance so I took a decaffeinated coffee which was gorgeous really deep flavour. The shower was easy to use plenty of soft towels and instant hot water. Breakfast was gorgeous the plate was full and the sausages were outstanding. Hot toast was replaced as soon as it was eaten. We are going to Tubbercurry this weekend again to hear the results of the drama festival. Of course, we have booked into Cawley's hotel again because it is brilliant. It was a memorable weekend of drama as well took part in the festival but it was made so special with our stay in Cawley's hotel Tubbercurry.

Absolutely 100 percent location perfect staffwas so kind ,considerate and helpful, really genuine and normally nice I think Theresa was the lady we met and just a beautiful soul

We celebrated our wedding at Cawleys it was a little different to the usual wedding as was Halloween Fancy dress reception..All I can say is Teresa, Pierre and staff are just so dedicated they helped with everything even gave Halloween themed names to the menu and cocktails .... They go above and beyond to make it special and at an extremely reasonable rate ...will def be back again and again

We got married here 2 weeks ago. Teresa was amazing from the very start and got our ‘no stress fibe’. On the day Teresa, Pierre and all the staff were all on hand to make sure me, Robin and our guests had the best time. We can’t thank you enough.

I stayed here for a family event. Had my two small kids with me. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! Thanks very much and we'll be back again!

Love this hotel. It ticks all the boxes. From the minute you walk in the friendly service is exceptional. Teresa and her team make it feel like home from home. Rooms have all you need-a big comfy bed, good shower, tea and coffee including bottled water. Restaurant is cosy and food is great. I was leaving before breakfast and a packed breakfast was left in a little fridge in reception - a chicken sandwich, apple, bar and water. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness. Location is great-in the town and a 20 minutes drive to the airport. Good parking. Free WiFi. A very comfortable stay, as usual. I will be back
