Dark Souls 2 (1)

The next DLC in Dark Souls 2’s The Lost Crowns trilogy is now available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC via PSN, Xbox Live and Steam. Titled the Crown of the Old Iron King, this latest chapter will do what Dark Souls does best – kill you quick and when it has to kill you slowly, doing so with the utmost viciousness.

There will be new levels, enemies, traps and of course bosses to fight as you try to claim the crowns once held by King Vendrick of Drangleic. This time around, there will be a large tower to explore surrounded by a black mist filled with various dangers. It will be a different world from that of Dark Souls 2 so expect the unexpected (and even then be prepared to die).

Those who wish to purchase each chapter of The Lost Crowns trilogy separately could but you can also pick up the DLC’s season pass on Steam and PSN to access them as and when they become available. There’s one more chapter left so stay tuned for more details.
