Any items supplied with their original Plastic  cases (single or dual) are in the condition as shown in the image when sent out, but being fragile, and with the level of 'careful' handling by the postal service! may unavoidably get cracked or damaged further, which we will not be able to replace, so bear this in mind and accept this can happen.
