Shipping & Delivery

    • For shipments over 70 lbs: Your items will be shipped via trusted freight carriers, typically RL Carriers or Dayton Freight.
  2. Same-Day Shipping:

    • All orders placed before 3 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the same day.
    • If you are located within 250 miles of our distribution warehouses in California, Texas, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Connecticut, Maryland, or South Carolina, we offer a special courier service that guarantees same-day delivery. Please note that this service comes with an additional fee.
  3. After Hours RUSH Delivery:

RMA / Returns

30-Day Return Policy:

  • Return items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Must be in original condition, with original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase.

Warranty:

  • Electric motors: 2-year warranty.
  • Other products: 1-year warranty.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service at 517-543-4080 or [email protected].
  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. After approval, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the product with all its contents and display RA number.
  5. Ship to: Charlotte Electric Motors, 124 N Lincoln St, Charlotte, MI 48813. (Return shipping costs are on you.)
  6. Be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Refund:

  • After assessing the return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Damaged or altered after delivery.
  • Special orders or custom-made.
  • Items from third-party vendors.

Damaged Deliveries:
