We provide consultancy services for 31 years

Company has been active in CIS since 1993 being a former COWI Group setup, operating through Moscow Representative Office of COWIconsult International Ltd during first 15 years and since 2008 as a legal entity of the Russian Federation – COWI Engineering, Environmental and Economic Consulting Ltd. - established by COWI A/S. Since May 2016 COWI Consulting Ltd. has been renamed in Russia into CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd. as the ownership has been transferred to the company management.

CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd has been largely working in Russia and in Kazakhstan where the Company in 2010 registered its Branch Office in Almaty. In 2019 CECT Engineering limited liabilities partnership was registered in Kazakhstan to encourage the growth and expansion of the business in Kazakhstan.

CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd. operates in the Republic of Uzbekistan through Permanent Establishments registered in Tashkent for investment projects implementation. In 2017 Permanent Establishment (project based) of CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd was opened in Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan for the technical and financial support of the construction of the Tashkent Metallurgical Plant, in 2020 another PE was opened for the implementation of two investment projects for the modernization of water supply and sanitation systems in the Namangan region, and the modernization of heat supply systems in five cities of Uzbekistan.

CECT Consulting, inženiring in svetovanje d.o.o. was registered in 2018 in Slovenia to conduct activities in the countries of the European Union, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd. has project offices in the cities and regions where implements specific projects:

• In the Russian Federation: St. Petersburg, Yakutsk, Saratov, Ivanovo, Dzerzhinsk, Volzhsky;
• In the Republic of Kazakhstan: Astana, Almaty, Aktobe, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Taraz, Ust-Kamenogorsk;
• In the Republic of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Namangan, Andijan, Chirchik, Bukhara, Samarkand;
• In the Republic of Tajikistan: Dushanbe, Khujand, Khorog;
• In the Republic of Belarus: Vitebsk and Orsha;
• In Mongolia in Ulan Bator.

Today, CECT is a partnership of consulting companies under the same brand engaged in professional consulting activities related to the planning, preparation and comprehensive implementation of international investment projects in the areas of housing and utilities (water, wastewater, heating), energy and energy efficiency, transport infrastructure, solid municipal waste, including economic and environmental assessment of projects.

CECT provides consulting services for both local and international customers: private, state and non-state. We use advanced competences in engineering, economics and environmental science to comprehensively analyze our customers' situations and select sound and optimal solutions. The combination of our international experience and full ownership of the local context gives us the opportunity to carry out projects in many cities and countries - no matter if they are large or small. We have implemented more than 350 projects with a focus on engineering services in many countries and sectors of the economy since 1993. Our resource base and network of business contacts allows us to simultaneously implement more than twenty project assignments.

In the Russian Federation CECT Infrastructure Consultancy Ltd. is a member of self-regulatory organizations based on the membership of persons engaged in construction and design: Association “Association of general contractors in construction” (certificate №СРО-С-020-22072009) and the non-profit partnership “Association of Designers” (certificate №0461.05-2011-7725635201-П-031).

In the Republic of Kazakhstan CECT Engineering LLP is accredited for the right to provide engineering services for technical supervision at technically and technologically complex facilities for facilities of the first level of responsibility (accreditation certificate № KZ59VWC00077618)
