Meiyang Chang, an actor, TV host and singer, is a third-generation Indian-Chinese. A dentist by qualification, his claim to fame is his performances as a participant, and runner-up, on the TV singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ in 2007.
He was a presenter for IPL, a host for Apsara Awards , IIFA Sri Lanka , India’s Got talent , Mirchi Music Awards and many more awards and TV Shows.
In 2010, he won the TV dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa’ on Sony. The same year he made his Bollywood debut with ‘Badmaash Company’ and won the Stardust Award for ‘Best Supporting Actor’.
He has also acted in the popular web series, ‘Untag’ and the Salman Khan starrer ‘Sultan’ in 2016. He has many music videos and album songs to his credit too.
Chang was highly appreciated for his role in the netflix series ‘Modern Love’ in 2022.
From singing on reality shows to acting in movies, Meiyang Chang is a man who dons many hats effortlessly and has a fair dominance on the OTT space as well too.
