Core charges occur when the Manufacturer requires the old part back. Cores charges will be added at checkout.
After you have recieved your new part and installed it, you will need to return the old part to us in the core box(has the holographic label on it) you
recieved the new part in, for a core credit equal to the core charge. Shipping is your responsibility.
Credits are issued after we receive our credit from the Manufacturer.
Therefore, core credits are not guaranteed!
Although we make no assesment as to the
viability of a core credit, the manufacturers do. The reasons for declining credit include, but are not limited to:
- Wrong core in box
Core Box label not present - Core box damaged
- Core box written on
- Shipping label on core box.
We will only ship the core replacement in its original packaging. And that item will be shipped in a separate container (in other words.. a box in a box). It is best to return it that way.
