Possibly the best one-night stay in a hotel anywhere, from check-in to check-out the level of service was 'second to none'. The Hotel room, public areas and eateries were all superb with the level of service from everyone working at the Hotel was perfection.

Stunning hotel with exceptional staff and superb accommodation. It’s worth a visit just for the breakfast. It is hard to imagine a better location for visiting Museums, Theatres and the West End anywhere else in London. This will certainly be our first choice in the future.

From the initial confirmation email to our arrival and right on through to our departure, the Sofitel St. James showed us what all 5-Star accommodations should strive for, and that is excellence! Every need and request was met with swift action and a friendly smile. The hotel is in an unbeatable location and we were able to walk to the palace, Westminster Abbey and Piccadilly Circus in minutes. There’s also a great Italian place just up the street, “San Carlo” that was quite fabulous. We just loved our stay at this beautiful hotel and will definitely return!
