Room cleaner, comfortable bed, mini kitchen into the room, silent, very pleasant. Breakfast was great with many kids of bread, fruits… Staff very pleasant too. Good location. Near Morumbi Mall.

I had housekeeping ringing my doorbell/knocking twice for services that I didn't request. Both times were before 8am in the morning. Please improve the communication of room numbers for service requests to avoid unnecessary disturbance of guests.

I booked a room at Mercure because it is part of the All Accor program, but once again, I was disappointed—this time at a different location. The apartment was satisfactory, but on the first day, there was ongoing construction above my unit, and the air conditioner was dirty, which severely affected my allergies and disrupted my sleep. Additionally, I requested a clothes iron three times but never received one. Due to these issues, I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay.

I arrived and my r swevarion was cancelled without notice for a problem in booking. We were not notified. I was given a room and the room was filthy. Stained bed sheets, dead bugs a dirty shower. I had to request to be changed of rooms. Second room was better but still had a dirty bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is extremely limited to diatery restrictions. Staff was nice but very hard to deal with as they do not speak enough English to understand basic instructions and the few things I asked for were not taken care of, several calls were involved.
