HP Care Pack Services offer upgraded service levels to enhance your HP DesignJet printer warranty cover offering total peace of mind to keep your machine up and running.

Choose from Care Packs which are purchasable with your new DesignJet printer or Post Warranty Care Packs which can be bought once your printer warranty has expired.   Buying an extended warranty will always be less expensive with the initial printer purchase or before the original warranty has expired.

All HP DesignJet Care Packs offer on site call outs on a 'next business day' or 'same business day' basis.

Prizma Graphics offers a nationwide delivery service. Orders received by 3pm will be shipped the same day.
We hold huge stocks and we aim to deliver all out of stock items within 3 - 5 days

We deliver to the following towns by our own van and all other areas are sent out by national courier service.
